Gladstone Village I is a new construction, mixed-income affordable rental housing development targeting families in Maplewood. In addition, Gladstone Village I will provide permanent supportive units for High Priority Homeless households and People with Disabilities.
Developer JB Vang Partners has had a longstanding working relationship with the Hmong American Partnership (HAP), an organization that focuses on empowering refugee and immigrant communities through its programming. Through this partnerhsip, JB Vang has incorporated feedback from focus groups of immigrant families into the design and amenities at Gladstone Village, including encouraging the cultural practice of multi-generational housing.
