Nolte River Place Apartments

The new Nolte River Place Apartments development will serve 80 senior households on a campus designed to provide easy access to a future onsite Allina clinic as well as to allow residents to thrive as they age in place. By co-locating Anoka Senior Housing on a VOA-operated senior living campus with a wide range of housing opportunities, seniors will have the opportunity to stay on a campus that provides independent living, assisted living, and nursing care as their needs change over time.
