West Creek Apartments will create 18 efficiency apartments for homeless youth, directly addressing the specialized housing needs of homeless youth. Community Asset Foundation is the owner/developer, with supportive services provided by Launch Ministries. There is also a 19th unit for in-house support staff.

West Creek will include units that will meet Minnesota Housing’s definition of High Priority Homeless and People with Disabilities. The remaining units will have income and rent restrictions at 30% of area median income, allowing for homeless youth that do not qualify for Housing Support to access stable housing.
