The Warren Apartments is a 60-unit multi family affordable development being constructed in North Minneapolis on the site of the former Parkway United Church. The Warren will include a unit mix of one-, two-, and three-, and four-bedroom units affordable to households whose incomes are between 30% and 60% AMI.  In addition, 15 units will be set aside for High Priority Homeless and People with Disabilities with Phoenix Service Corporation providing services for those households.

The Warren will serve its residents and the neighborhood well.  It is located in a transit corridor along multiple bus lines and the the proposed Blue Line LRT extension. It is located less than 1/4 mile from North Memorial Health Hospital, a major employer in the area.  In addition, green spaces and amenities are easily walkable from the site.

The Warren is slated to be completed by year end 2026.
