L&H Station, Phase I, was constructed in 2018.  On the site of a former surface parking lot, the 4-story building provides 114 units of workforce housing adjacent to the Metro Transit Blue Line LRT stop at Lake Street and Hiawatha Avenue in Minneapolis.

This transit-oriented development has transformed an underutilized surface parking lot into an active and vibrant housing community. Pedestrian infrastructure adjacent to the site was improved, and and TOD design principals helped to activitate the street. In addition L&H Station also incorporated a green roof to serve as both stormwater management and a resident amenity.
