Parkview Apartments is a complex including both low and high-rise multi-family apartment buildings.  Built in 1972 in North Minneapolis, Parkviews 223 units are 100% project-based section 8. Parkview’s rehabilitation included upgrade and replacement of major building systems, deferred maintenance, and reconfiguration to better serve all residents.
