West Creek Apartments will create 16 efficiency apartments for homeless youth, directly addressing the specialized housing needs of homeless youth. Community Asset Foundation is the owner/developer, with supportive services provided by Launch Ministries.
Of the 16 units, four will meet Minnesota Housing’s definition of High Priority Homeless. Another four will serve People with Disabilities. The eight remaining units will have income and rent restrictions at 30% of area median income, allowing for homeless youth that do not qualify for Housing Support to access stable housing.
