“My work is more than a job. I feel connected to the work I do and feel strongly that housing is the foundation from which we build ourselves into the best citizens we can be for our families, our communities, and our world. My career is driven by the faces of people I have met through the years who have struggled but overcome their barriers. Healthy communities help make our nation strong.
“Those that know me well understand I am a ‘doer’. My checklist is full of new tasks as I am always planning two steps ahead for the next stages of my project. My self-motivation keeps me on task, and I derive great joy from being able to work with diverse groups of people to create dynamic developments within the Twin Cities. I am passionate about my work and enjoying making strong connections through collaboration, leadership and shared learning.”
