Eastside Food Co-op Expansion Groundbreaking
The Eastside Food Cooperative broke ground on Monday, August 17, 2015 for its site expansion in the Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood. This expansion is expected to create 20 new jobs for the Co-op and to be completed by January 2016. Click here to read more about this exciting new addition!

Client Thanks Governor at MHFA Awards Ceremony
Landon Group client Dean Rose thanks Governor Dayton for his commitment to $1.2M in deferred loans for the Broadway Flats development at the Minnesota Housing Finance Authority awards ceremony.
Broadway Flats is a joint project by Rose Development and Lupe Development at the corner of avenues Penn and Broadway in North Minneapolis. The development will combine commercial space with affordable housing and will have a catalytic affect for further developments in an area that was devastated by a tornado in 2011.
