Libby Logsden joined Landon Group in 2023 as a Development Associate. Libby assists clients with the preparation and submittal of funding applications to Minnesota Housing and other agencies to secure financing needed for affordable housing projects. Libby works with clients on affordable housing projects from the initial stages of development through project management to closing. 

Libby developed an interest in affordable housing when she and her partner transformed a retired school bus into a traveling home in 2019. This experience helped her realize how difficult it was to access drinking water and other necessities when you are not attached to city utilities. This led Libby to work at the housing nonprofit, Aeon, and pursue a degree to learn more about housing. Prior to her pivot into housing, Libby was an accountant and worked at Deloitte as an Auditor and at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior Accountant.

Libby will complete a Master of Public Policy degree with a concentration in Housing and Community Organizing at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in May of 2023. Libby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Management from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.

Libby enjoys spending time outside, revamping her home, walking her dog, trying new food, and traveling.
